Taken for Active Assignment Weekly. This week's assignment: Paper
Assignment: For this assignment take photos of paper or things made of paper. There are many items made of paper so let your imagination run. Items could range from a creative display of a single sheet of paper to a great shot of complex origami.
Restriction: No scrapbook pages.
Dare: Go minimalistic or abstract
What it took: After some experimentation with reflections in front of the praline, I decided to forego the dare and instead of minimalism go for ostentatiousness. It suited my chocolate commercial idea better.
Light is from an off-camera flash at 8 o'clock, fired through a diffusion sheet.
Despite the tongue-in-cheek text, no Ferrero Rochet pralines were harmed for this photoshoot. However, the all-new star at the ambassdor's party was last seen next to my wife's mouth within fractions of a second after the photoshoot. R.I.P. |
